摘 要:随着社会经济快速发展和人才竞争日益激烈,员工离职问题已成为企业人力资源管理中的重要挑战。本研究旨在深入分析员工离职的主要原因,并探讨有效的留人策略以提升企业人力资源管理效能。通过问卷调查与深度访谈相结合的方法,本研究收集了来自不同行业企业的大量数据,并运用统计分析技术对数据进行处理。研究发现,员工离职的原因主要包括薪酬福利不具竞争力、职业发展机会有限、工作环境不佳以及缺乏归属感等多方面因素。基于此,本文提出了一系列针对性的留人策略,如优化薪酬体系、完善培训机制、改善工作氛围及增强企业文化认同感等。本研究的创新点在于将定性与定量分析方法有机结合,同时关注不同行业背景下的差异化特征,为相关理论研究提供了新的视角,也为企业管理实践提供了具体可行的建议,有助于企业在复杂环境中实现人才稳定与可持续发展。

Analysis of Employee Turnover Causes and Corporate Retention Strategies

Abstract:With the rapid development of socio-economy and the intensifying competition for talent, employee turnover has become a significant challenge in corporate human resource management. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the primary reasons for employee departure and explore effective retention strategies to enhance the efficiency of human resource management. By employing a combination of questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews, extensive data were collected from enterprises across various industries and subsequently processed using statistical analysis techniques. The findings indicate that the main causes of employee turnover encompass non-competitive compensation and benefits, limited career development opportunities, unfavorable working environments, and a lack of belonging, among other multifaceted factors. Based on these insights, this paper proposes a series of targeted retention strategies, including optimizing remuneration systems, refining training mechanisms, improving workplace atmospheres, and strengthening cultural identity within organizations. A key innovation of this research lies in its integration of qualitative and quantitative analytical methods, while also considering differentiated characteristics across varying industry contexts. This approach not only contributes a novel perspective to relevant theoretical studies but also offers concrete and actionable recommendations for managerial practice, thereby assisting enterprises in achieving talent stability and sustainable development within complex environments.
