摘 要:随着企业竞争日益激烈,员工满意度与企业忠诚度之间的关系成为人力资源管理领域的重要研究课题。本研究旨在探讨员工满意度对企业忠诚度的影响机制,并通过问卷调查法收集了某行业中300名员工的数据,运用结构方程模型进行分析。结果表明,员工满意度不仅直接影响企业忠诚度,还通过工作投入和组织承诺等中介变量间接发挥作用。此外,研究发现领导支持在这一关系中具有显著的调节作用,即高领导支持能够增强员工满意度对忠诚度的正向影响。本研究的创新点在于引入多维度中介变量和调节变量,揭示了两者关系的复杂性及其内在作用路径,为理论发展提供了新视角。同时,研究为企业管理者优化激励机制、提升员工忠诚度提供了实践指导,强调了关注员工心理需求和营造积极组织氛围的重要性。

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Employee Satisfaction and Organizational Loyalty

Abstract:As corporate competition becomes increasingly intense, the relationship between employee satisfaction and organizational loyalty has emerged as a critical research topic in human resource management. This study investigates the influence mechanism of employee satisfaction on organizational loyalty by collecting data from 300 employees in a specific industry through a questionnaire survey and analyzing it using structural equation modeling. The findings reveal that employee satisfaction not only directly affects organizational loyalty but also indirectly influences it via mediating variables such as work engagement and organizational commitment. Furthermore, the study demonstrates that leadership support plays a significant moderating role in this relationship, as higher levels of leadership support enhance the positive impact of employee satisfaction on organizational loyalty. A key innovation of this research lies in the introduction of multi-dimensional mediating and moderating variables, which elucidate the complexity of the relationship and uncover the underlying pathways, thereby contributing new perspectives to theoretical development. Simultaneously, this study provides practical guidance for managers to optimize incentive mechanisms and improve employee loyalty, emphasizing the importance of addressing employees' psychological needs and fostering a positive organizational atmosphere.
