摘 要:随着经济全球化和市场竞争加剧,传统员工激励机制已难以满足现代企业多元化需求,亟需探索更具适应性和实效性的激励模式。本研究以人力资源管理中的员工激励机制为切入点,旨在通过理论分析与实证研究相结合的方式,探讨创新性激励策略的设计与实践路径。研究采用问卷调查、深度访谈及案例分析等方法,选取多家代表性企业作为样本,系统评估现有激励机制的不足,并提出基于个性化需求、动态反馈和文化融合的综合激励框架。结果显示,该框架能够显著提升员工的工作满意度和组织承诺,同时增强企业的核心竞争力。研究结论表明,将物质激励与非物质激励有机结合,并融入数字化技术和心理契约理念,是实现激励机制创新的关键所在。本研究的主要贡献在于提出了具有普适性和可操作性的激励模型,为企业优化人力资源管理提供了新思路。

Innovation and Practice of Employee Incentive Mechanisms in Human Resource Management

Abstract:With the deepening of economic globalization and intensifying market competition, traditional employee incentive mechanisms are increasingly unable to meet the diversified needs of modern enterprises, necessitating the exploration of more adaptive and effective incentive models. This study focuses on employee incentive mechanisms within human resource management, aiming to investigate the design and implementation pathways of innovative incentive strategies through a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research. By employing methods such as questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, and case analyses, multiple representative enterprises were selected as samples to systematically evaluate the deficiencies of existing incentive mechanisms. A comprehensive incentive fr amework was proposed, which integrates personalized needs, dynamic feedback, and cultural integration. The results indicate that this fr amework can significantly enhance employees' job satisfaction and organizational commitment while strengthening the core competitiveness of enterprises. The conclusion reveals that combining material and non-material incentives, along with the integration of digital technology and psychological contract concepts, is crucial for achieving innovation in incentive mechanisms. The primary contribution of this study lies in proposing an incentive model with broad applicability and operational feasibility, offering new insights for enterprises to optimize their human resource management practices.
