摘  要:随着人工智能技术的迅猛发展,其在人力资源管理领域的应用逐渐成为研究热点。本研究旨在探讨人工智能技术如何优化人力资源管理流程,并预测其未来发展趋势。通过文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法,系统梳理了人工智能在招聘、培训、绩效评估及员工关系管理中的具体应用。研究表明,人工智能能够显著提升人力资源管理的效率与精准度,例如通过自然语言处理技术实现简历智能筛选,利用机器学习算法进行员工绩效预测等。此外,研究发现人工智能的应用还促进了决策的科学化与个性化,为组织战略调整提供了数据支持。本研究的创新点在于首次提出“智能化人力资源生态系统”概念,强调技术与人文关怀的融合,并构建了相应的实施框架。这一框架不仅为实践者提供了操作指南,也为未来研究奠定了理论基础。总体而言,人工智能在人力资源管理中的应用前景广阔,但同时也需关注伦理风险与隐私保护等问题,以确保技术发展的可持续性与社会价值最大化。

Applications and Prospects of Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management

Abstract:With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies, their application in human resource management has gradually become a research hotspot. This study aims to explore how artificial intelligence optimizes human resource management processes and forecasts its future developmental trends. By employing a combined method of literature analysis and case studies, this research systematically reviews the specific applications of artificial intelligence in recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relationship management. The findings indicate that artificial intelligence can significantly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of human resource management, such as through intelligent resume screening enabled by natural language processing and employee performance prediction utilizing machine learning algorithms. Moreover, it is revealed that the application of artificial intelligence promotes scientific and personalized decision-making, providing data support for organizational strategic adjustments. A key innovation of this study lies in the first-time proposal of the “intelligent human resource ecosystem” concept, which emphasizes the integration of technology with humanistic care and constructs a corresponding implementation fr amework. This fr amework not only offers practical guidance for practitioners but also lays a theoretical foundation for future research. Overall, the application of artificial intelligence in human resource management holds broad prospects; however, ethical risks and privacy protection issues must also be addressed to ensure the sustainability of technological development and maximize its social value.
