摘 要:随着信息技术的迅猛发展,数字化转型已成为企业提升竞争力的重要战略手段,其对人力资源管理流程的影响日益显著。本研究旨在探讨数字化转型背景下企业人力资源管理流程的变革机制及其实际效果。通过文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法,选取多家代表性企业进行深入调研,揭示了数字化技术在招聘、培训、绩效考核及员工关系管理等核心环节中的应用特点。研究表明,数字化转型不仅优化了传统人力资源管理流程,还推动了数据驱动决策模式的形成,显著提升了管理效率与灵活性。此外,研究发现数字化工具的应用促进了跨部门协作,并为企业文化创新提供了新契机。本研究的创新点在于系统性地剖析了数字化转型对企业人力资源管理的具体影响路径,并提出了适应数字化时代的管理优化框架,为相关理论研究和实践应用提供了重要参考。研究成果有助于企业更好地理解数字化转型的价值,并为其制定人力资源管理策略提供科学依据。

The Impact of Digital Transformation on Corporate Human Resource Management Processes

Abstract:With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation has become a crucial strategic approach for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness, and its impact on human resource management processes is becoming increasingly significant. This study aims to explore the mechanisms of change in enterprise human resource management processes under the context of digital transformation and their practical outcomes. By employing a combination of literature analysis and case studies, multiple representative enterprises were selected for in-depth investigation, revealing the application characteristics of digital technologies in core areas such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relationship management. The findings indicate that digital transformation not only optimizes traditional human resource management processes but also facilitates the formation of data-driven decision-making models, significantly improving management efficiency and flexibility. Moreover, it was discovered that the application of digital tools enhances cross-departmental collaboration and provides new opportunities for corporate culture innovation. The novelty of this research lies in its systematic analysis of the specific influence pathways of digital transformation on enterprise human resource management and the proposal of a management optimization fr amework adapted to the digital era, offering valuable references for both theoretical research and practical applications. The research outcomes contribute to a deeper understanding of the value of digital transformation for enterprises and provide a scientific basis for formulating human resource management strategies.
