摘 要:随着经济全球化和市场竞争加剧,企业文化作为企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,对员工工作满意度的影响日益受到关注。本研究旨在探讨不同类型的企业文化如何作用于员工的工作满意度,并揭示其内在机制。研究采用问卷调查法,以300名企业员工为样本,运用因子分析、回归分析等统计方法进行数据处理与模型构建。结果表明,支持型文化和参与型文化对员工工作满意度具有显著正向影响,而控制型文化的作用相对有限。此外,员工的感知公平性和组织归属感在这一过程中起到中介作用。本研究的创新点在于将企业文化维度与员工心理机制相结合,深入解析了文化因素对满意度的具体路径。这一发现不仅丰富了企业文化与员工行为关系的理论框架,还为企业管理者优化文化建设和提升员工满意度提供了实践指导。

The Impact of Corporate Culture on Employee Job Satisfaction: An Empirical Study

Abstract:With the deepening of economic globalization and intensifying market competition, corporate culture, as a critical component of core competitiveness, has increasingly drawn attention for its impact on employee job satisfaction. This study aims to explore how different types of corporate cultures influence employee job satisfaction and to uncover the underlying mechanisms. A questionnaire survey method was employed, with a sample of 300 employees, and statistical techniques such as factor analysis and regression analysis were utilized for data processing and model construction. The findings indicate that supportive and participative cultures exert significant positive effects on employee job satisfaction, whereas the influence of control-oriented culture is relatively limited. Furthermore, employees' perceived fairness and organizational identification serve as mediators in this relationship. The novelty of this research lies in integrating dimensions of corporate culture with employee psychological mechanisms, thereby providing an in-depth examination of the specific pathways through which cultural factors affect satisfaction. This discovery not only enriches the theoretical fr amework concerning the relationship between corporate culture and employee behavior but also offers practical guidance for managers seeking to optimize cultural development and enhance employee satisfaction.
