摘 要
宠物鱼鳃霉病是由鳃霉菌感染引起的一种常见疾病,对观赏鱼类养殖业造成显著经济损失。本研究旨在深入探讨鳃霉病的病理变化机制,并提出科学有效的防控策略。通过显微镜观察、组织切片分析及分子生物学检测等方法,系统研究了感染鳃霉病的宠物鱼鳃部组织的形态学特征与病理变化规律。结果表明,鳃霉菌感染可导致鱼鳃上皮细胞增生、鳃丝肿胀以及局部组织坏死,同时伴随免疫相关基因表达水平的显著变化。此外,研究发现环境水质调控与抗真菌药物联合使用能够有效降低感染率并改善患病鱼的生存状况。本研究首次明确了鳃霉病感染过程中关键病理变化的分子机制,并提出了基于生态防控与药物干预相结合的综合防治方案,为宠物鱼鳃霉病的防控提供了重要的理论依据和技术支持。

Pathological Changes and Control Strategies of Gill Mold Disease in Ornamental Fish
ABSTRACT
Gill mold disease in pet fish, caused by gill mold fungal infection, poses a significant economic threat to the ornamental fish farming industry. This study aims to explore the pathological mechanisms of gill mold disease and propose scientifically effective prevention and control strategies. By employing microscopic observation, histological section analysis, and molecular biological detection methods, the morphological characteristics and pathological changes of gill tissues in pet fish infected with gill mold were systematically investigated. The results indicate that gill mold infection leads to hyperplasia of gill epithelial cells, swelling of gill filaments, and localized tissue necrosis, accompanied by substantial alterations in the ex pression levels of immune-related genes. Furthermore, the study reveals that the combined use of water quality management and antifungal drugs effectively reduces infection rates and improves survival conditions of diseased fish. This research is the first to elucidate the key molecular mechanisms of pathological changes during gill mold infection and proposes an integrated prevention and control strategy combining ecological management with drug intervention, providing crucial theoretical support and technical guidance for the prevention and control of gill mold disease in pet fish.
