护理人员对疼痛评估工具的使用现状研究 -护理学专业

摘要

疼痛评估是护理工作中的重要环节，准确的疼痛评估有助于制定合理的治疗方案，提高患者的生活质量。然而，目前护理人员对疼痛评估工具的使用存在诸多问题。本研究旨在探讨护理人员对疼痛评估工具的使用现状，分析影响其使用的因素，为优化疼痛评估提供依据。研究采用问卷调查法，选取某地区三所三级甲等医院的600名护理人员作为调查对象，通过自行设计的问卷收集数据，内容涵盖护理人员的基本信息、对疼痛评估工具的认知程度、使用频率及存在的问题等方面。结果表明，大部分护理人员能够认识到疼痛评估的重要性，但对疼痛评估工具的认知和使用情况不容乐观，仅有35%的护理人员经常使用疼痛评估工具，且在不同科室之间存在显著差异；护理人员对疼痛评估工具的选择较为单一，主要集中在视觉模拟评分法和数字评分法，对其他新型工具了解甚少；影响护理人员使用疼痛评估工具的因素众多，包括工作繁忙、缺乏培训、工具不完善等。

Study on the use of pain assessment tools by nurses

Abstract

Pain assessment is an important part of nursing work, and accurate pain assessment is helpful to make reasonable treatment plan and improve patients' quality of life. However, there are many problems in the use of pain assessment tools by caregivers. The purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation of nurses' use of pain assessment tools, analyze the factors affecting their use, and provide evidence for optimizing pain assessment. Questionnaire survey method was adopted in this study. 600 nurses from three grade-III hospitals in a certain area were selected as survey ob jects. Data were collected through self-designed questionnaires, which covered the basic information of nurses, their cognition of pain assessment tools, frequency of use and existing problems. The results showed that most nurses could recognize the importance of pain assessment, but their cognition and use of pain assessment tools were not optimistic, only 35% of nurses often used pain assessment tools, and there were significant differences among different departments. The nurses' choice of pain assessment tools is relatively simple, mainly focusing on visual analog scoring and digital scoring, and they know little about other new tools. There are many factors affecting the use of pain assessment tools by nurses, including busy work, lack of training, and imperfect tools.
