摘 要
《三国演义》作为中国古典文学的瑰宝，不仅是一部历史演义小说，更是研究古代政治智慧与权谋思想的重要文本。本研究以《三国演义》为切入点，结合历史背景与文化语境，旨在深入探讨其中蕴含的政治哲学与权谋策略，并分析其对后世政治实践与社会伦理的影响。研究采用文本细读与比较分析相结合的方法，通过对原著中关键人物、事件及对话的系统梳理，提炼出诸如联盟构建、权力制衡、信息博弈等核心权谋理念，并将其置于中国古代政治思想体系中进行考察。结果表明，《三国演义》中的权谋思想并非单纯的权术运用，而是融合了儒家伦理、法家权变与道家智慧的综合体现。这一发现突破了以往单纯将权谋视为阴险手段的传统认知，揭示了其在复杂政治环境下的合理性与必然性。本研究的主要贡献在于，首次从动态视角解析了《三国演义》中权谋思想的内在逻辑，并通过跨学科方法将其与现代政治学理论相联系，为理解中国传统政治文化提供了新的视角。同时，研究还强调了权谋思想在当代领导力培养与战略决策中的借鉴价值，进一步拓展了古典文学研究的应用领域。

Abstract
As a treasure of Chinese classical literature, Romance of the Three Kingdoms is not only a historical fiction novel but also an important text for studying ancient political wisdom and strategic thought. This research takes Romance of the Three Kingdoms as a point of entry, integrating historical context and cultural milieu to explore the political philosophy and strategic concepts embedded within the work while analyzing its influence on subsequent political practices and social ethics. By employing a methodology that combines close reading of the text with comparative analysis, the study systematically examines key characters, events, and dialogues in the original text to extract core strategic ideas such as alliance formation, power balancing, and information gaming, situating these concepts within the fr amework of ancient Chinese political thought. The findings indicate that the strategic thinking presented in Romance of the Three Kingdoms transcends mere tactical manipulation, representing instead a synthesis of Confucian ethics, Legalist adaptability, and Daoist sagacity. This discovery challenges the traditional perception of strategy as solely insidious maneuvering, revealing its rationality and inevitability in complex political environments. The primary contribution of this research lies in its dynamic dissection of the internal logic of strategic thought in Romance of the Three Kingdoms, linking it to modern political theory through interdisciplinary approaches and providing new insights into traditional Chinese political culture. Additionally, the study underscores the relevance of strategic thought to contemporary leadership development and strategic decision-making, further expanding the application domains of classical literary research.
