摘要
随着经济全球化进程的加速,企业国际化成为必然趋势,在此过程中跨文化管理面临诸多挑战。本研究旨在深入剖析企业国际化进程中跨文化管理面临的挑战并探寻有效应对策略。通过对多家已开展国际化业务的企业进行案例分析、深度访谈以及问卷调查等方法收集数据资料。研究发现企业在国际化进程中面临着价值观差异导致员工协作障碍、沟通模式不同造成信息传递失真、管理理念冲突影响决策效率等挑战。针对这些问题提出构建多元包容企业文化以增强员工认同感和归属感、建立跨文化沟通培训机制提高员工跨文化交际能力、融合不同管理理念形成适应国际化发展的管理模式等应对措施。本研究创新性地将跨文化心理学理论融入企业管理实践,为企业提供具体可操作性强的建议,有助于提升企业在国际市场的竞争力,为更多中国企业走向世界提供理论依据与实践经验借鉴。

Abstract
As the process of economic globalization accelerates, internationalization of enterprises has become an inevitable trend, posing numerous challenges to cross-cultural management during this process. This study aims to thoroughly analyze the challenges faced by enterprises in cross-cultural management during their internationalization and explore effective strategies for addressing these issues. Data were collected through case studies, in-depth interviews, and surveys of multiple enterprises that have already engaged in international business. The research findings indicate that enterprises face challenges such as collaboration barriers among employees due to differences in values, distorted information transmission caused by varying communication styles, and reduced decision-making efficiency due to conflicts in management philosophies. In response to these challenges, this study proposes measures including the construction of a diverse and inclusive corporate culture to enhance employee identification and sense of belonging, the establishment of cross-cultural communication training mechanisms to improve employees' intercultural communication skills, and the integration of different management philosophies to form a management model adaptable to international development. Innovatively, this study incorporates theories from cross-cultural psychology into enterprise management practices, providing specific and operational recommendations for enterprises, which helps to enhance their competitiveness in the international market and offers theoretical support and practical experience for more Chinese enterprises to go global.
