摘要
随着市场竞争加剧和技术创新加速,传统企业组织架构面临诸多挑战,亟需通过优化组织架构与引入敏捷管理理念来提升企业竞争力。本研究旨在探讨企业组织架构优化与敏捷管理实践之间的内在联系及其对企业绩效的影响。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合案例分析法、问卷调查法及访谈法,选取具有代表性的多个行业企业作为研究对象,深入剖析企业在组织架构优化过程中面临的实际问题以及实施敏捷管理的具体路径。研究发现,优化后的组织架构能够打破部门壁垒,促进信息流通,提高决策效率;而敏捷管理则强调以客户为中心,快速响应市场变化,灵活调整业务流程。二者相辅相成,共同作用于企业内部机制改革,显著提升了企业的创新能力和市场适应性。本研究创新性地构建了适用于不同类型企业的组织架构优化与敏捷管理融合模型,为企业提供了可操作性强的实践指南,不仅丰富了组织理论研究,更为企业在复杂多变的市场环境中实现可持续发展提供了新的思路与方法。

Abstract
As market competition intensifies and technological innovation accelerates, traditional corporate organizational structures are facing numerous challenges, necessitating the optimization of organizational structures and the integration of agile management concepts to enhance corporate competitiveness. This study aims to explore the intrinsic relationship between organizational structure optimization and agile management practices and their impact on corporate performance. Through a systematic review of relevant domestic and international literature, combined with case analysis, questionnaire surveys, and interviews, representative enterprises from multiple industries were selected as research subjects to thoroughly analyze the practical issues encountered during organizational structure optimization and the specific pathways for implementing agile management. The findings indicate that an optimized organizational structure can break down departmental silos, facilitate information flow, and improve decision-making efficiency, while agile management emphasizes customer-centricity, rapid response to market changes, and flexible adjustments to business processes. These two approaches complement each other, jointly driving internal mechanism reforms within enterprises and significantly enhancing their innovation capabilities and market adaptability. Innovatively, this study constructs an integrated model of organizational structure optimization and agile management applicable to enterprises of various types, providing a highly operational practical guide. This not only enriches organizational theory research but also offers new perspectives and methods for enterprises to achieve sustainable development in complex and rapidly changing market environments.
