摘要
随着全球化进程加速和市场竞争日益激烈,企业面临着复杂多变的外部环境,人力资源作为企业核心竞争力的关键要素,其规划与企业战略目标的匹配成为决定企业能否持续发展的关键因素。本研究旨在探讨企业人力资源规划与企业战略目标之间的匹配关系,通过文献综述梳理相关理论基础,结合案例分析法选取具有代表性的企业进行深入剖析,并运用实证研究方法构建了人力资源规划与企业战略目标匹配度的评价模型。研究发现,不同发展阶段的企业在战略转型过程中,人力资源规划需具备灵活性与前瞻性,以适应快速变化的市场需求。创新点在于首次提出基于动态平衡理论的人力资源规划调整机制,为企业提供了一套可操作性强的评估工具。研究结果表明,良好的人力资源规划与战略目标匹配能够显著提升企业的绩效水平和市场竞争力,为实现可持续发展奠定坚实基础。本研究不仅丰富了人力资源管理领域的理论体系,更为企业管理者提供了科学决策依据,对推动我国企业人力资源管理水平提升具有重要现实意义。

Abstract
As globalization accelerates and market competition intensifies, enterprises are confronted with increasingly complex and volatile external environments. Human resources, as a critical component of core competitiveness, have become a decisive factor in determining whether an enterprise can achieve sustainable development through alignment with strategic ob jectives. This study aims to explore the alignment between human resource planning and corporate strategic goals. By reviewing relevant literature to establish theoretical foundations, this research employs case analysis to conduct in-depth examinations of representative enterprises and utilizes empirical methods to construct an evaluation model for assessing the alignment between human resource planning and corporate strategic goals. The findings indicate that during strategic transitions at different developmental stages, human resource planning must possess flexibility and foresight to adapt to rapidly changing market demands. An innovation of this study is the introduction of a human resource planning adjustment mechanism based on dynamic equilibrium theory, providing enterprises with an operational assessment tool. The results demonstrate that effective alignment between human resource planning and strategic goals significantly enhances corporate performance and market competitiveness, laying a solid foundation for sustainable development. This research not only enriches the theoretical fr amework of human resource management but also offers scientific decision-making support for managers, contributing substantially to the improvement of human resource management practices in Chinese enterprises.
