摘要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展，企业数字化转型成为必然趋势，在此过程中数据安全与隐私保护面临前所未有的挑战。本研究旨在深入探讨企业数字化转型中的数据安全与隐私保护问题，以期为企业提供有效的应对策略。通过对国内外大量相关文献进行系统梳理，并结合实地调研、案例分析等方法，从技术、管理、法律三个维度对企业数字化转型中数据安全与隐私保护的现状、存在的问题进行全面剖析。研究发现，当前企业在数据安全与隐私保护方面存在技术防护能力不足、管理制度不健全、法律法规意识淡薄等问题。创新性地提出构建一个涵盖技术保障体系、管理体系以及法律法规遵循体系的三维立体防护框架，强调利用新兴技术如区块链、隐私计算等强化技术防护，建立完善的数据安全管理制度，加强员工培训提高法律意识。这一框架有助于提升企业数据安全防护水平，保障用户隐私权益，为企业的数字化转型保驾护航，对促进整个社会数字经济健康发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation of enterprises has become an inevitable trend, posing unprecedented challenges to data security and privacy protection. This study aims to explore data security and privacy protection issues in enterprise digital transformation, providing effective strategies for enterprises. By systematically reviewing a large number of related domestic and international literatures, and combining field research and case analysis, this study comprehensively analyzes the current status and existing problems of data security and privacy protection in enterprise digital transformation from three dimensions: technology, management, and law. The findings indicate that enterprises currently suffer from inadequate technical protection capabilities, imperfect management systems, and weak awareness of laws and regulations regarding data security and privacy protection. Innovatively, this study proposes constructing a three-dimensional protective fr amework encompassing a technical assurance system, a management system, and a legal compliance system. It emphasizes enhancing technical protection through emerging technologies such as blockchain and privacy computing, establishing comprehensive data security management systems, and strengthening employee training to improve legal awareness. This fr amework can help enhance the level of data security protection, safeguard user privacy rights, ensure smooth digital transformation of enterprises, and is of great significance for promoting the healthy development of the digital economy in society.

Abstract
