摘要
随着全球经济一体化进程加速，企业面临的市场竞争日益激烈，供应链金融作为连接金融与实体经济的重要桥梁，在优化资源配置、降低融资成本方面发挥着不可替代的作用。本研究聚焦于企业供应链金融模式创新与风险管理，旨在探索适应新时代发展需求的供应链金融新模式，为企业提供更加高效、安全的金融服务。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理，结合案例分析与实证研究方法，深入剖析了当前供应链金融存在的问题及成因，提出了基于区块链技术的供应链金融创新模式，该模式通过智能合约实现交易信息透明化、资金流与物流同步化，有效提升了供应链整体运作效率并降低了信用风险。同时构建了涵盖信用风险、市场风险、操作风险在内的多层次风险管理体系，为供应链金融健康发展提供了理论支持。研究表明，区块链技术的应用不仅革新了传统供应链金融业务流程，还显著增强了风险防控能力，实现了供应链上各参与方利益最大化，为推动我国供应链金融创新发展提供了新思路和新方法。

Abstract
With the acceleration of global economic integration, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition. Supply chain finance, as a crucial bridge connecting finance and the real economy, plays an indispensable role in optimizing resource allocation and reducing financing costs. This study focuses on the innovation of enterprise supply chain finance models and risk management, aiming to explore new supply chain finance models that meet the demands of the new era, thereby providing more efficient and secure financial services for enterprises. By systematically reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally, and combining case analysis with empirical research methods, this study thoroughly examines the existing problems and their causes in current supply chain finance. It proposes an innovative supply chain finance model based on blockchain technology, which achieves transaction information transparency and synchronization of cash flow and logistics through smart contracts, effectively enhancing the overall operational efficiency of the supply chain and reducing credit risks. Meanwhile, a multi-level risk management system covering credit risk, market risk, and operational risk is constructed, providing theoretical support for the healthy development of supply chain finance. The research demonstrates that the application of blockchain technology not only revolutionizes traditional supply chain finance business processes but also significantly enhances risk prevention capabilities, achieving maximization of the interests of all parties involved in the supply chain, offering new ideas and methods for promoting the innovative development of supply chain finance in China.
