摘要
随着全球化竞争加剧和知识经济的蓬勃发展,企业战略联盟成为提升竞争力的重要途径。本研究聚焦于企业战略联盟中的知识共享与创新绩效之间的关系,旨在揭示二者之间的作用机制及其影响因素。基于资源基础理论和社会网络理论,通过问卷调查法收集了来自不同行业的215家企业联盟样本数据,并运用结构方程模型进行实证分析。研究发现,知识共享对创新绩效具有显著正向影响,其中隐性知识共享的影响更为突出;信任、沟通机制和共同愿景在知识共享与创新绩效之间起到重要的中介作用;联盟成员异质性对知识共享产生调节效应,即成员间差异越大越有利于知识共享。本研究不仅丰富了企业战略联盟领域关于知识共享与创新绩效关系的研究成果,而且为企业构建有效的知识共享机制提供了理论依据,强调了建立信任关系、完善沟通机制以及塑造共同愿景的重要性,为提高企业联盟的创新绩效提供了实践指导。此外,本研究首次将成员异质性纳入分析框架,从新的视角探讨其对知识共享的影响,这是本研究的主要创新点之一。

Abstract
With the intensification of global competition and the vigorous development of the knowledge economy, corporate strategic alliances have become a crucial avenue for enhancing competitiveness. This study focuses on the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation performance within corporate strategic alliances, aiming to uncover the underlying mechanisms and influencing factors. Grounded in the resource-based theory and social network theory, data were collected from 215 alliance samples across various industries using a questionnaire survey method, and structural equation modeling was employed for empirical analysis. The findings reveal that knowledge sharing has a significant positive impact on innovation performance, with tacit knowledge sharing being particularly influential. Trust, communication mechanisms, and shared vision play important mediating roles between knowledge sharing and innovation performance. Alliance member heterogeneity exerts a moderating effect on knowledge sharing, indicating that greater differences among members facilitate more effective knowledge sharing. This research not only enriches the literature on the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation performance in corporate strategic alliances but also provides theoretical support for establishing effective knowledge-sharing mechanisms. It emphasizes the importance of building trust relationships, improving communication mechanisms, and shaping a shared vision, offering practical guidance for enhancing innovation performance in corporate alliances. Additionally, this study innovatively incorporates member heterogeneity into the analytical fr amework, exploring its impact on knowledge sharing from a new perspective, which represents one of the main contributions of this research.
