随着信息技术的迅猛发展,大数据已成为企业战略决策的重要支撑工具,其在提升决策效率和精准性方面的作用日益凸显本研究以企业战略决策为切入点,探讨大数据分析技术的应用价值及其对企业管理实践的影响通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,系统梳理了大数据在企业战略制定、市场预测、风险评估等关键环节中的具体应用同时,采用定量与定性相结合的研究手段,对多家行业领先企业的实际操作经验进行深入剖析研究发现,大数据分析能够显著提高企业战略决策的科学性和前瞻性,特别是在数据驱动的市场趋势洞察和竞争态势分析中表现出独特优势此外,本研究创新性地提出了一种基于大数据的动态决策模型,该模型能够根据实时数据流调整战略方向,从而帮助企业更好地适应复杂多变的市场环境总体而言,本研究不仅验证了大数据技术在企业战略决策中的核心作用,还为企业提供了可操作的实施路径,为推动企业管理数字化转型提供了重要参考

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, big data has become an essential tool for corporate strategic decision-making, playing an increasingly prominent role in enhancing decision-making efficiency and accuracy. This study focuses on corporate strategic decision-making to explore the application value of big data analytics and its impact on management practices. By integrating literature review and case analysis, this research systematically examines the specific applications of big data in critical areas such as strategy formulation, market forecasting, and risk assessment. Employing a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, it provides an in-depth analysis of the practical experiences of several industry-leading companies. The findings indicate that big data analytics can significantly enhance the scientific rigor and foresight of corporate strategic decisions, particularly in data-driven market trend insights and competitive situation analysis, where it demonstrates unique advantages. Moreover, this study innovatively proposes a dynamic decision-making model based on big data, which can adjust strategic directions according to real-time data streams, thereby helping enterprises better adapt to complex and volatile market environments. Overall, this research not only verifies the central role of big data technology in corporate strategic decision-making but also offers actionable implementation paths for enterprises, providing significant references for promoting the digital transformation of enterprise management.
