摘 要
地基处理是建筑工程中的关键环节,注浆加固技术作为一种有效的地基改良方法,在软弱地基处理中得到广泛应用。为探究注浆加固技术在不同地质条件下的效果,本研究基于多种工程实例,通过现场试验与数值模拟相结合的方法,系统分析了注浆材料、压力参数、施工工艺等因素对加固效果的影响。研究表明,水泥基注浆材料具有良好的填充性和胶结性,能够有效提高地基承载力;高压旋喷注浆形成的复合地基强度显著提升,且变形模量增大;双液注浆技术可实现快速凝固,适用于应急处理。创新点在于引入多物理场耦合模型,结合实际工程数据,建立了注浆加固效果的预测评估体系,实现了对注浆过程及加固效果的精准量化。研究结果表明,合理选择注浆参数和优化施工工艺是确保加固效果的关键,该技术在复杂地质条件下表现出色,为类似工程提供了理论依据和技术支持,具有重要的工程应用价值。

Abstract
Foundation treatment is a critical component in construction engineering, and grouting reinforcement technology, as an effective method for foundation improvement, has been widely applied in the management of weak foundations. To investigate the effectiveness of grouting reinforcement technology under various geological conditions, this study, based on multiple engineering cases, systematically analyzed the influence of factors such as grouting materials, pressure parameters, and construction techniques on reinforcement outcomes through a combination of field tests and numerical simulations. The research demonstrates that cement-based grouting materials exhibit excellent filling and bonding properties, effectively enhancing foundation bearing capacity; high-pressure jet grouting significantly increases the strength of composite foundations and enlarges the deformation modulus; double-liquid grouting technology can achieve rapid solidification, making it suitable for emergency treatments. An innovation of this study lies in the introduction of a multi-physics coupling model, which, combined with actual engineering data, established a predictive evaluation system for grouting reinforcement effects, achieving precise quantification of the grouting process and reinforcement outcomes. The results indicate that appropriate selection of grouting parameters and optimization of construction techniques are crucial for ensuring reinforcement effectiveness. This technology performs outstandingly under complex geological conditions, providing theoretical basis and technical support for similar projects, and holds significant engineering application value.
