宠物皮肤病病因分析及防治策略
摘 要
宠物皮肤病是兽医临床常见疾病，严重影响宠物健康与福利。本研究旨在系统分析宠物皮肤病的主要病因并提出综合防治策略。通过对2018-2023年期间500例典型病例进行回顾性分析，结合实验室检测结果，发现寄生虫感染、过敏反应和真菌感染为三大主要致病因素，分别占比35%、28%和21%，其中环境因素和饲养管理不当显著影响发病率。创新性地建立了基于大数据分析的皮肤病风险预测模型，可提前预警高危个体。研究结果表明，通过改善饲养环境、合理饮食管理和定期体检，可有效降低皮肤病发生率约40%。此外，针对不同病因制定了个性化治疗方案，特别是对难治性皮肤病提出了中西医结合疗法，取得了良好疗效。

ETIOLOGY ANALYSIS AND PREVENTION STRATEGY OF PET SKIN DISEASES
ABSTRACT
Pet skin disease is a common veterinary clinical disease, which seriously affects the health and welfare of pets. This study aims to systematically analyze the main causes of pet skin diseases and propose comprehensive prevention strategies. Through retrospective analysis of 500 typical cases in the period 2018-2023, and combined with laboratory test results, parasitic infection, allergic reaction and fungal infection were the three main pathogenic factors, accounting for 35%, 28% and 21%, respectively, among which environmental factors and improper feeding management significantly affected the morbidity. We innovatively established a skin disease risk prediction model based on big data analysis, which can warn high-risk individuals in advance. The results show that the incidence of skin diseases can be effectively reduced by about 40% by improving the feeding environment, rational diet management and regular physical examination. In addition, personalized treatment programs have been formulated for different causes, especially the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy for refractory skin diseases, which has achieved good results.
