摘  要

  随着我国基础教育改革的不断深化,构建科学合理的小学教育质量综合评价体系成为提升教育质量的关键。本研究旨在建立一套全面、系统且具有可操作性的小学教育质量综合评价体系,从学生发展、教师素养、课程实施、学校管理四个维度构建评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法确定各指标权重。研究结果表明,该评价体系能够有效反映小学教育质量现状,为教育决策提供科学依据。创新之处在于将学生综合素质发展置于核心地位,强调过程性评价与终结性评价相结合,注重多元主体参与评价过程,不仅关注学业成绩,更重视学生品德修养、身心健康、实践能力等多方面素质的培养。此外,本研究还提出了基于该评价体系的具体实施策略,包括完善评价制度、加强师资培训、优化教育资源配置等方面,为推动小学教育质量提升提供了理论支持和实践指导,对深化基础教育改革具有重要意义。

Abstract

  With the deepening of the reform of basic education in our country, constructing a scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation system of the quality of primary education has become the key to improve the quality of education. This study aims to establish a comprehensive, systematic and operable comprehensive evaluation system for primary education quality, construct an evaluation index system from four dimensions of student development, teacher literacy, curriculum implementation and school management, and use analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index. The results show that the evaluation system can effectively reflect the status quo of primary education quality and provide scientific basis for educational decision-making. The innovation lies in putting the development of students' comprehensive quality in the core position, emphasizing the combination of process evaluation and final evaluation, paying attention to the participation of multiple subjects in the evaluation process, not only paying attention to academic performance, but also paying more attention to the cultivation of students' moral cultivation, physical and mental health, practical ability and other qualities. In addition, this study also puts forward specific implementation strategies based on the evaluation system, including improving the evaluation system, strengthening teacher training, optimizing the allocation of educational resources, etc., which provides theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the quality improvement of primary education, and is of great significance for deepening the reform of basic education.
