员工领导力自我提升与培训支持体系构建
摘 要
随着现代企业竞争环境日益复杂,员工领导力发展成为组织可持续发展的关键因素。本研究聚焦于构建完善的员工领导力自我提升与培训支持体系,旨在通过系统化的理论分析和实证研究,为企业提供科学有效的领导力培养路径。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理,结合问卷调查、深度访谈及案例分析等多元研究方法,深入探讨了员工领导力发展的内在需求与外部支持机制。研究发现,员工领导力的提升不仅依赖于个人素质的提高,更需要组织层面提供系统的培训资源和制度保障。创新性地提出了“双轨并行”的发展模式,即个人自主学习与组织系统培训相结合,强调了心理资本在领导力发展中的重要作用。

Abstract
With the increasingly complex competitive environment in modern enterprises, the development of employee leadership has become a key factor in the sustainable development of the organization. This research focuses on the construction of a perfect employee leadership self-improvement and training support system, aiming to provide a scientific and effective leadership training path for enterprises through systematic theoretical analysis and empirical research. Through the combing of relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with multiple research methods such as questionnaire survey, in-depth interview and case analysis, the internal needs and external support mechanism of employee leadership development are deeply discussed. The research found that the improvement of employee leadership not only depends on the improvement of personal quality, but also needs the provision of systematic training resources and institutional guarantee at the organizational level. It innovatively puts forward the "dual-track" development model, that is, the combination of individual independent learning and organizational system training, emphasizing the important role of psychological capital in leadership development.
