摘 要
全球化背景下工商管理面临诸多前所未有的挑战,随着经济一体化进程加速,企业经营环境日益复杂多变,跨国竞争加剧、技术革新迅猛、市场需求波动频繁等问题凸显。本研究旨在深入剖析全球化对工商管理带来的影响,探索应对策略。通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,系统梳理国内外相关理论成果,选取具有代表性的跨国企业进行实证研究。研究表明,传统管理模式难以适应全球化要求,企业需构建灵活高效的组织架构,强化战略规划能力,注重跨文化管理,积极应用新兴信息技术提升竞争力。创新之处在于将跨文化因素纳入管理框架,并提出基于大数据和人工智能的智能决策支持体系,为现代企业管理提供新思路。研究发现有助于企业在全球化进程中准确定位,制定科学合理的管理策略,提高应变能力和市场竞争力,对中国企业“走出去”战略实施具有重要参考价值。

Abstract
Under the backdrop of globalization, business administration faces numerous unprecedented challenges. As the process of economic integration accelerates, the corporate operating environment has become increasingly complex and volatile, with intensified cross-border competition, rapid technological innovation, and frequent fluctuations in market demand becoming prominent issues. This study aims to thoroughly analyze the impact of globalization on business administration and explore corresponding strategies. By integrating literature review with case analysis, this research systematically examines relevant theoretical achievements both domestically and internationally, selecting representative multinational corporations for empirical studies. The findings indicate that traditional management models are inadequate in meeting the requirements of globalization. Enterprises need to construct flexible and efficient organizational structures, enhance strategic planning capabilities, emphasize cross-cultural management, and actively apply emerging information technologies to boost competitiveness. The novelty of this research lies in incorporating cross-cultural factors into the management fr amework and proposing an intelligent decision support system based on big data and artificial intelligence, offering new perspectives for modern enterprise management. These discoveries assist enterprises in accurately positioning themselves during the globalization process, formulating scientific and rational management strategies, improving adaptability and market competitiveness, and provide significant reference value for the implementation of Chinese enterprises' “going global” strategy.
