摘    要

  在经济全球化与科技迅猛发展的背景下,企业面临复杂多变的市场环境,战略转型成为企业适应新环境、谋求可持续发展的必然选择。本研究聚焦企业战略转型中的挑战与对策,旨在深入剖析企业在战略转型过程中面临的诸多困境并探寻有效的应对策略。通过对国内外大量相关文献进行系统梳理,结合对不同行业处于战略转型期企业的实地调研与案例分析,发现企业战略转型主要存在内部资源能力不足、外部环境不确定性增加、组织文化变革阻力大等挑战。针对这些挑战,提出强化核心竞争力构建、优化资源配置、加强风险管理、推动组织文化创新等一系列具有针对性和可操作性的对策建议。本研究不仅为企业战略转型提供了理论依据和实践指导,而且从动态视角出发,强调了战略转型过程中内外部因素相互作用的重要性,为丰富和发展企业战略管理理论作出一定贡献。

Abstract 
  In the context of economic globalization and rapid technological advancement, enterprises face a complex and volatile market environment, making strategic transformation an inevitable choice for adapting to new circumstances and pursuing sustainable development. This study focuses on the challenges and countermeasures in enterprise strategic transformation, aiming to thoroughly analyze the numerous difficulties encountered during this process and explore effective strategies. By systematically reviewing a large body of relevant literature both domestically and internationally, and combining field research and case studies of enterprises in various industries undergoing strategic transformation, it is found that the main challenges include insufficient internal resource capabilities, increased external environmental uncertainty, and significant resistance to organizational cultural change. In response to these challenges, a series of targeted and operational recommendations are proposed, such as strengthening the construction of core competitiveness, optimizing resource allocation, enhancing risk management, and promoting organizational cultural innovation. This research not only provides theoretical foundations and practical guidance for enterprise strategic transformation but also, from a dynamic perspective, emphasizes the importance of the interaction between internal and external factors during the transformation process, thereby contributing to the enrichment and development of enterprise strategic management theory.
