摘 要
在全球经济一体化背景下跨国企业经营面临诸多挑战其中文化差异尤为显著。本研究旨在深入探讨跨国企业在不同文化环境下的经营问题通过分析文化差异对跨国企业经营的影响寻求有效应对策略。以跨文化管理理论为基础采用文献研究法、案例分析法和比较研究法相结合的方式选取具有代表性的跨国企业为研究对象剖析其在不同文化背景下的经营状况。研究表明文化差异主要体现在价值观、沟通方式、管理模式等方面并对跨国企业的市场进入、人力资源管理、营销策略等产生深刻影响。针对这些问题提出构建跨文化培训体系、优化沟通机制、创新管理模式等对策建议。本研究的创新点在于将文化维度细化并量化分析其对企业经营各环节的具体影响同时结合最新实践案例确保研究成果的时效性和可操作性为企业制定科学合理的国际化经营战略提供理论依据和实践指导。这不仅有助于提升跨国企业的跨文化管理能力还为相关领域的学术研究提供了新的视角和思路。

Abstract
In the context of global economic integration, multinational corporations face numerous challenges, among which cultural differences are particularly significant. This study aims to explore the operational issues of multinational corporations in different cultural environments by analyzing the impact of cultural differences on their operations and seeking effective coping strategies. Based on cross-cultural management theory, this research employs a combination of literature review, case analysis, and comparative study methods, selecting representative multinational corporations as research subjects to analyze their operational conditions under diverse cultural backgrounds. The findings indicate that cultural differences primarily manifest in aspects such as values, communication styles, and management approaches, profoundly influencing market entry, human resource management, and marketing strategies of multinational corporations. In response to these challenges, this study proposes countermeasures such as establishing a cross-cultural training system, optimizing communication mechanisms, and innovating management models. The novelty of this research lies in refining and quantifying the dimensions of culture to analyze its specific impacts on various aspects of corporate operations while incorporating the latest practical cases to ensure the timeliness and operability of the research outcomes. This not only enhances the cross-cultural management capabilities of multinational corporations but also provides new perspectives and insights for academic research in related fields, offering theoretical foundations and practical guidance for formulating scientifically sound and reasonable international business strategies.
