摘 要
在全球经济一体化背景下，跨国企业面临日益复杂的供应链管理挑战。本文聚焦跨国企业供应链中物流与信息流整合问题，旨在探讨其影响因素及优化策略。通过对15家典型跨国企业的案例研究和问卷调查，结合定性与定量分析方法，揭示了当前存在的主要问题：信息孤岛现象严重、跨部门协作效率低下、物流节点衔接不畅等。研究发现，有效的整合需要建立统一的信息平台，实现数据共享；优化流程设计，强化部门间协同；引入智能技术，提升响应速度。创新之处在于构建了“三层次五维度”的评价体系，从战略规划、组织架构、信息技术、运营管理、绩效评估五个方面进行系统分析。研究结果表明，通过实施上述对策，可以显著提高供应链的整体运作效率，降低运营成本，增强企业的市场竞争力。本研究为跨国企业在全球化经营中实现高效供应链管理提供了理论依据和实践指导，具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract
In the context of global economic integration, multinational corporations face increasingly complex challenges in supply chain management. This study focuses on the integration of logistics and information flows within multinational corporate supply chains, aiming to explore influencing factors and optimization strategies. Through case studies of 15 representative multinational corporations and surveys, employing both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, this research identifies major existing issues such as severe information silos, low interdepartmental collaboration efficiency, and poor connectivity among logistics nodes. The findings indicate that effective integration requires establishing a unified information platform for data sharing, optimizing process design to enhance interdepartmental synergy, and introducing intelligent technologies to improve response speed. An innovative contribution of this study is the construction of a “three-tier five-dimension” evaluation system, which conducts systematic analysis from the perspectives of strategic planning, organizational structure, information technology, operations management, and performance evaluation. The results demonstrate that implementing these countermeasures can significantly enhance overall supply chain operational efficiency, reduce operating costs, and strengthen market competitiveness. This research provides theoretical foundations and practical guidance for multinational corporations to achieve efficient supply chain management in global operations, highlighting its significant practical implications.
