摘 要
随着全球化进程加速和互联网技术的迅猛发展，跨境电子商务已成为国际贸易的重要组成部分。然而，跨境物流作为连接供需双方的关键环节，面临着诸多挑战。本研究旨在深入探讨电子商务中跨境物流存在的问题并提出针对性对策。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理以及对典型跨境电商平台和物流企业进行问卷调查与案例分析，发现当前跨境物流主要存在通关效率低、成本高、配送时效不稳定、售后服务欠缺等问题。基于此，本文创新性地提出了构建智能物流体系、优化供应链协同机制、完善跨境物流服务标准等解决方案。研究结果表明，通过应用大数据、物联网等新兴技术手段，可以有效提升跨境物流运作效率和服务质量；同时，加强国际合作与政策协调对于解决跨境物流难题至关重要。本研究不仅为理论界提供了新的视角，也为实践者在优化跨境物流管理方面提供了有益参考，有助于推动跨境电商行业的健康发展。

Abstract
With the acceleration of globalization and the rapid development of Internet technology, cross-border e-commerce has become an integral part of international trade. However, as a critical link connecting supply and demand sides, cross-border logistics faces numerous challenges. This study aims to thoroughly investigate the issues in cross-border logistics within e-commerce and propose targeted solutions. Through systematic reviews of relevant domestic and international literature, along with surveys and case studies of typical cross-border e-commerce platforms and logistics enterprises, it is found that current cross-border logistics mainly suffer from low customs clearance efficiency, high costs, unstable delivery times, and inadequate after-sales services. Based on these findings, this paper innovatively proposes solutions such as constructing an intelligent logistics system, optimizing supply chain collaboration mechanisms, and improving service standards for cross-border logistics. The research results indicate that the application of emerging technologies like big data and the Internet of Things can effectively enhance the operational efficiency and service quality of cross-border logistics. Additionally, strengthening international cooperation and policy coordination is crucial for addressing cross-border logistics challenges. This study not only provides new perspectives for academia but also offers valuable references for practitioners in optimizing cross-border logistics management, thereby contributing to the healthy development of the cross-border e-commerce industry.
