创新管理中的开放式创新模式问题及对策


摘    要

  随着全球化进程加速与市场竞争日益激烈,传统封闭式创新模式面临诸多挑战,开放式创新模式成为企业提升创新能力的重要途径。本研究旨在探讨创新管理中开放式创新模式存在的问题并提出相应对策,基于文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,深入剖析了开放式创新在实践过程中面临的内外部障碍。研究发现,企业在实施开放式创新时主要存在组织文化冲突、知识共享机制不完善、外部合作网络构建困难以及知识产权保护不足等问题。针对上述问题,本文提出了优化组织内部结构以促进跨部门协作、建立有效的知识管理和共享平台、强化合作伙伴选择评估体系以及完善知识产权管理制度等对策建议。本研究不仅为企业实施开放式创新提供了理论指导,还通过实证分析验证了相关策略的有效性,为推动我国企业创新发展提供了重要参考,其核心贡献在于系统梳理了开放式创新模式的关键影响因素,并从管理实践角度提出了具有可操作性的解决方案,有助于提升企业的创新效率与竞争力。

Abstract 
  As the process of globalization accelerates and market competition intensifies, traditional closed innovation models face numerous challenges, making open innovation an important approach for enterprises to enhance their innovation capabilities. This study aims to investigate the issues associated with open innovation models in innovation management and propose corresponding strategies. By integrating literature review and case analysis, this research thoroughly examines the internal and external obstacles encountered during the implementation of open innovation. The findings reveal that enterprises primarily encounter organizational cultural conflicts, inadequate knowledge-sharing mechanisms, difficulties in constructing external cooperation networks, and insufficient intellectual property protection when implementing open innovation. In response to these issues, this paper proposes optimizing internal organizational structures to promote cross-departmental collaboration, establishing effective knowledge management and sharing platforms, strengthening partner selection evaluation systems, and improving intellectual property management systems. This research not only provides theoretical guidance for enterprises implementing open innovation but also verifies the effectiveness of relevant strategies through empirical analysis, offering significant reference for promoting innovative development of enterprises in China. Its core contribution lies in systematically identifying key influencing factors of open innovation models and proposing operational solutions from a management practice perspective, which helps improve corporate innovation efficiency and competitiveness.
