  随着全球化进程加速和市场竞争日益激烈,技术创新成为企业获取竞争优势的关键因素,而如何实现技术创新与市场需求的有效匹配成为创新管理中的核心问题。本研究旨在探讨技术创新与市场需求匹配过程中存在的问题并提出相应对策,以提升企业创新效率和市场竞争力。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合案例分析法和问卷调查法,选取多个行业具有代表性的企业作为研究对象,深入剖析企业在技术创新与市场需求匹配方面面临的挑战,如信息不对称导致的技术研发方向偏离市场需求、企业内部创新机制不完善阻碍需求反馈等。研究发现,构建基于大数据的市场需求预测体系有助于精准把握市场动态,建立开放式创新平台可促进技术供需双方交流合作,完善企业内部创新激励机制能提高员工参与度和创造力。本研究创新性地将大数据分析引入技术创新与市场需求匹配研究中,为解决二者匹配难题提供了新思路,对指导企业优化创新资源配置、增强市场响应能力具有重要理论价值和实践意义。

Abstract 
  As the process of globalization accelerates and market competition intensifies, technological innovation has become a critical factor for enterprises to gain competitive advantages. A core issue in innovation management is how to achieve effective alignment between technological innovation and market demand. This study aims to explore the problems existing in the alignment process and propose corresponding strategies to enhance corporate innovation efficiency and market competitiveness. By systematically reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally, and employing case analysis and survey methods, this research selects representative enterprises from multiple industries as research subjects, thoroughly analyzing the challenges faced by enterprises in aligning technological innovation with market demand, such as the deviation of R directions from market needs due to information asymmetry and the obstruction of demand feedback caused by inadequate internal innovation mechanisms. The findings indicate that constructing a big data-based market demand forecasting system can help accurately grasp market dynamics; establishing an open innovation platform can promote cooperation and exchange between technology suppliers and demanders; and improving internal innovation incentive mechanisms within enterprises can increase employee participation and creativity. Innovatively integrating big data analysis into the study of technological innovation and market demand alignment provides new insights into solving the alignment challenge, offering significant theoretical value and practical implications for guiding enterprises to optimize innovation resource allocation and enhance market responsiveness.
