随着全球化竞争加剧及技术快速迭代,企业对人力资源管理提出了更高要求,特别是员工培训与发展成为提升组织竞争力的关键因素之一。本文旨在探讨当前背景下有效的人力资源管理中员工培训与发展的策略,通过文献回顾、案例分析以及问卷调查相结合的方法,收集并分析了来自不同行业规模企业的数据。研究发现,构建以能力为导向的培训体系、实施个性化职业发展规划、加强跨部门交流与合作、利用信息技术手段提高培训效率等措施对于促进员工成长和企业发展具有重要意义。此外,本研究还强调了领导层支持在推动这些策略成功落地过程中的作用,并提出了一种基于持续学习文化的新型管理模式作为未来研究方向。研究成果不仅为企业提供了实用建议,也为学术界进一步探索相关领域奠定了基础。

Abstract 
With the intensification of global competition and rapid technology iteration, enterprises have put forward higher requirements for human resource management, especially staff training and development have become one of the key factors to enhance the competitiveness of organizations. This paper aims to explore the effective staff training and development strategies in human resource management in the current context, and to collect and analyze the data from enterprises of different industry sizes through the combination of literature review, case analysis and questionnaire survey. It is found that the construction of ability-oriented training system, implementing personalized career development planning, strengthening cross-department exchanges and cooperation, and using information technology to improve training efficiency are of great significance for promoting the growth of employees and enterprise development. Furthermore, this study highlights the role of leadership support in driving the successful implementation of these strategies and proposes a new management model based on a culture of continuous learning as a future research direction. The research results not only provide practical suggestions for enterprises, but also lay a foundation for the academic circle to further explore related fields.
