护理人员手卫生依从性现状及影响因素分析 -护理学专业

摘要

本研究旨在深入分析护理人员手卫生依从性现状及其影响因素。通过采用定量与定性相结合的研究方法，我们对多家医院的护理人员进行了广泛的问卷调查和现场观察。研究结果显示，护理人员手卫生依从性总体水平有待提高，其中，工作负荷、手卫生设施便利性、教育培训频率以及个人认知与态度是关键影响因素。我们发现，高工作负荷往往导致护理人员忽视手卫生程序，而便利的手卫生设施和定期的教育培训则能显著提高依从性。此外，护理人员对手卫生重要性的认识和积极态度与其依从性成正比。本研究创新性地结合了问卷调查与现场观察数据，不仅揭示了护理人员手卫生依从性的实际状况，还深入剖析了影响依从性的多维因素。这些发现为医疗机构改善手卫生管理提供了重要依据，有助于提高医疗服务质量和患者安全。通过本研究，我们期望能够推动护理行业对手卫生规范的重视，进而减少医疗相关感染的风险。

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the current situation and influencing factors of hand hygiene compliance of nursing staff. By using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, we conducted a wide range of questionnaires and on-site observation of nursing staff in several hospitals. The results show that the overall level of hand hygiene compliance of nursing staff needs to be improved, among which the workload, the convenience of hand hygiene facilities, the frequency of education and training, and personal cognition and attitude are the key influencing factors. We found that high workloads often led caregivers to neglect hand hygiene procedures, while accessible hand hygiene facilities and regular education and training significantly improved compliance. In addition, caregivers' awareness of the importance of hygiene and positive attitudes were proportional to their compliance. This study innovatively combined questionnaire survey and field observation data, which not only revealed the actual situation of nursing staff's hand hygiene compliance, but also deeply analyzed the multi-dimensional factors affecting compliance. These findings provide an important basis for medical institutions to improve hand hygiene management, and help improve the quality of medical services and patient safety. Through this study, we hope to promote the care industry to pay attention to hygiene practices, thereby reducing the risk of health care-associated infections.
