慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量与护理支持的相关性研究 -护理学专业

摘要

本研究旨在探讨慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量与护理支持之间的相关性。通过采用问卷调查和临床数据收集的方法，对一组慢性心力衰竭患者进行了深入的分析。研究背景显示，慢性心力衰竭作为一种常见的心血管疾病，严重影响患者的生活质量，而适当的护理支持被认为是改善患者生活质量的关键因素。本研究通过定量和定性研究相结合的方法，综合评估了患者的生活质量，并考察了护理支持对患者生活质量的实际影响。结果显示，接受全面护理支持的患者在生活质量方面表现出显著的改善，特别是在心理健康、社会功能和身体活动能力等方面。此外，研究还发现，患者对护理支持的满意度与其生活质量的提升呈正相关。通过优化护理策略，可以有效提升患者的生活质量，进一步强调了护理工作在慢性疾病管理中的重要性。

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between quality of life and nursing support in patients with chronic heart failure. A group of patients with chronic heart failure were analyzed by means of questionnaire and clinical data collection. Chronic heart failure, as a common cardiovascular disease, seriously affects the quality of life of patients, and appropriate nursing support is considered to be a key factor in improving the quality of life of patients. This study comprehensively assessed patients' quality of life through a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, and examined the actual impact of nursing support on patients' quality of life. The results showed that patients who received comprehensive nursing support showed significant improvements in quality of life, particularly in areas such as mental health, social functioning and physical activity. In addition, the study found that patient satisfaction with care support was positively correlated with improved quality of life. The quality of life of patients can be effectively improved by optimizing nursing strategies, which further emphasizes the importance of nursing work in chronic disease management.
