摘 要
《山海经》作为古代典籍，记载了丰富的神话传说，是研究中国神话和文化的重要资料。研究发现，《山海经》中的神话元素不仅体现了古代人民对自然的敬畏与想象，更蕴含了深厚的文化内涵，如天人合一的哲学思想、对和谐共生的追求以及英勇、智慧、坚韧等民族精神。这些神话元素在中国文化传承中扮演着重要角色，不仅影响了后世的文学创作，还渗透到民俗、艺术、宗教等多个领域。通过本研究，我们更加认识到《山海经》作为文化遗产的重要性，以及保护和传承这些神话元素的必要性。

Abstract
As an ancient classic, the Classic of Mountains and Seas, which records a wealth of myths and legends, is an important material for the study of Chinese myths and culture. It is found that the mythological elements in the Classic of Mountains and Seas not only reflect the ancient people's awe and imagination of nature, but also contain profound cultural connotations, such as the philosophical thought of the unity of heaven and man, the pursuit of harmonious coexistence and the national spirit of bravery, wisdom and tenacity. These mythological elements play an important role in the inheritance of Chinese culture, not only affecting the literary creation of later generations, but also penetrating into many fields such as folklore, art and religion. Through this study, we are more aware of the importance of the Classic of Mountains and Seas as a cultural heritage and the need to protect and inherit these mythological elements.
