摘 要
在全球化浪潮的推动下,中小企业面临着前所未有的国际化发展机遇与挑战。本研究旨在深入探讨中小企业在全球化背景下的国际化发展战略,以期为其提供理论支持和实践指导。通过综合运用文献分析法、案例研究以及实地调研等多种研究方法,我们对中小企业的国际化动机、路径选择、风险评估及应对策略进行了全面剖析。研究发现,中小企业国际化发展的主要动机包括寻求市场机会、获取先进技术与管理经验、以及优化资源配置等。在路径选择上,中小企业更倾向于通过跨境电商平台、国际合作与战略联盟等方式拓展海外市场。然而,国际化过程中也伴随着诸多风险,如文化差异、汇率波动、政策法规变化等。

Abstract
Driven by the tide of globalization, smes are faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges of international development. This study aims to explore the international development strategy of SMEs in the context of globalization, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance. Through the comprehensive use of literature analysis method, case study and field research methods, we have made a comprehensive analysis of the international motivation, path selection, risk assessment and coping strategies of small and medium-sized enterprises. It is found that the main motivations of smes include seeking market opportunities, acquiring advanced technology and management experience, and optimizing the allocation of resource. In terms of path selection, smes are more inclined to expand their overseas markets through cross-border e-commerce platforms, international cooperation and strategic alliances. However, the process of internationalization is also accompanied by many risks, such as cultural differences, exchange rate fluctuations, policy and regulation changes, etc.
