摘 要
本研究旨在探讨绿色发展战略对企业绩效与环境影响的内在联系。随着全球环境问题的日益凸显，企业如何在追求经济效益的同时，积极承担环境保护责任，成为社会各界关注的焦点。本研究采用定量分析与案例研究相结合的方法，深入剖析了绿色发展战略在企业中的实际应用及其成效。通过对多家实施绿色发展战略的企业进行长期跟踪调查，收集了大量翔实的数据，并运用统计软件进行了深入分析。研究结果显示，实施绿色发展战略的企业在经济效益和环境绩效方面均表现出显著优势。具体而言，这些企业在节能减排、资源利用效率、产品创新等方面取得了显著成果，同时，其市场竞争力也得到了明显提升。此外，研究还发现，绿色发展战略对企业的长期可持续发展具有积极的推动作用。

Abstract
This study aims to explore the internal connection of green development strategies on business performance and environmental impact. With the increasingly prominent global environmental problems, how to actively assume the responsibility of environmental protection while pursuing economic benefits has become the focus of attention from all sectors of society. This study uses the method of combining quantitative analysis and case study to deeply analyze the practical application and effectiveness of green development strategy in enterprises. Through the long-term follow-up survey of a number of enterprises implementing the green development strategy, a large number of detailed data were collected, and the in-depth analysis was conducted with statistical software. The research results show that the enterprises implementing the green development strategy show significant advantages in terms of economic benefits and environmental performance. Specifically, these enterprises have achieved remarkable results in energy conservation and emission reduction, resource utilization efficiency, product innovation and other aspects, and at the same time, their market competitiveness has also been significantly improved. In addition, the study also found that the green development strategy plays a positive role in promoting the long-term sustainable development of enterprises.

Abstract
This study aims to explore the internal connection of green development strategies on business performance and environmental impact.
