摘要

在当今快速变化的软件开发环境中，传统的软件工程管理方法已难以满足高效、灵活的需求。本研究旨在通过引入敏捷开发理念，探索软件工程管理的创新路径。采用文献综述、案例分析和实证研究等方法，深入分析了敏捷开发在软件工程管理中的应用及其效果。研究发现，敏捷开发方法通过迭代开发、持续集成和用户反馈等机制，显著提高了软件开发的效率和质量。本研究创新性地提出了一套基于敏捷开发的软件工程管理模型，该模型强调团队协作、快速响应和持续改进，有效缩短了开发周期，同时保证了软件的稳定性和用户满意度。此外，本研究还贡献了一种评估敏捷开发效果的方法论框架，为行业实践提供了理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract

In today's rapidly changing software development environment, traditional software engineering management methods have been difficult to meet the needs of high efficiency and flexibility. This research aims to explore the innovative path of software engineering management by introducing agile development concept. By means of literature review, case analysis and empirical research, the application and effect of agile development in software engineering management are deeply analyzed. It is found that agile development methods significantly improve the efficiency and quality of software development through iterative development, continuous integration and user feedback. This research innovatively proposes a software engineering management model based on agile development, which emphasizes teamwork, rapid response and continuous improvement, effectively shorens the development cycle, and ensures software stability and user satisfaction. In addition, this study contributes a methodological fr amework for evaluating the effectiveness of agile development, which provides theoretical support and practical guidance for industry practice.
