小学生作业负担过重问题的成因与对策分析
摘 要
近年来,小学生作业负担过重问题已成为我国基础教育领域的重要议题。本研究基于全国12个省份的实证调查数据,采用问卷调查、深度访谈和案例分析法,系统探讨了小学生作业负担过重的成因及其解决对策。研究发现,当前小学生作业负担主要源于教育评价体系单一、教师专业素养不足、家长教育焦虑以及社会竞争压力等多重因素。其中,标准化考试导向下的应试教育模式是导致作业量过大的根本原因,而家校沟通不畅则加剧了这一问题的严重性。针对上述问题,本研究提出了"四位一体"的解决方案:首先,改革教育评价体系,建立多元化评估机制;其次,提升教师专业能力,优化作业设计质量;再次,加强家校协同育人,缓解家长教育焦虑;最后,完善相关政策法规,规范学校教学行为。

Analysis of the causes and countermeasures of the excessive homework burden of primary school students
Abstract
In recent years, the heavy homework burden of primary school students has become an important issue in the field of basic education in China. Based on the empirical survey data of 12 provinces in China, this study uses questionnaire survey, in-depth interview and case analysis method, to systematically explore the causes of excessive homework burden of primary school students and their solutions. It is found that the current homework burden of primary school students is mainly due to multiple factors, such as the single education evaluation system, the lack of teachers 'professional quality, parents' education anxiety and social competition pressure. Among them, the exam-oriented education mode under the guidance of standardized examination is the fundamental cause of the excessive amount of homework, and the poor communication between home and school exacerbates the seriousness of this problem. In view of the above problems, this study puts forward the "four in one" solution: first, reform the education evaluation system and establish a diversified evaluation mechanism; second, improve the professional ability of teachers, and optimize the quality of homework design; again, strengthen the home-school cooperation to relieve the parent education anxiety; finally, improve the relevant policies and regulations to standardize the teaching behavior of schools.
