小学课堂中的游戏化教学策略研究
摘  要
本研究聚焦于小学课堂中游戏化教学策略的应用与效果,旨在探索如何通过游戏化元素提升小学生的学习动机和学业表现。研究采用混合研究方法,结合问卷调查、课堂观察和教师访谈,对三所城市小学的12个班级进行为期一学期的跟踪研究。研究发现,游戏化教学策略能显著提高学生的课堂参与度和学习兴趣,特别是在数学和科学课程中效果尤为显著。研究创新性地提出了"渐进式游戏化教学模式",该模式通过将教学目标与游戏机制有机融合,实现了知识传授与能力培养的双重目标。同时,研究还开发了一套适用于小学课堂的游戏化教学设计框架,包含目标设定、激励机制、反馈系统和评价体系四个核心要素。研究结果表明,有效的游戏化教学需要教师具备专业的设计能力和实施技巧,且应根据学生年龄特点和学科特性进行差异化设计。

Research on gamification teaching strategies in primary school classroom 
Abstract
This study focuses on the application and effects of gamification teaching strategies in primary school classroom, aiming to explore how to improve the learning motivation and academic performance of pupils through gamification elements. A mixed research approach combined with questionnaires, classroom observations, and faculty interviews was used for a semester-long follow-up of 12 classes in three urban primary schools. The study has found that gamified teaching strategies can significantly increase students' participation in class and learning interest in class, especially in math and science courses. The research innovatively puts forward the "progressive gamification teaching mode", which realizes the dual ob jectives of knowledge transmission and ability cultivation through the organic integration of teaching ob jectives and game mechanism. At the same time, the research has also developed a set of gamification teaching design fr amework suitable for primary school classroom, including four core elements: goal setting, incentive mechanism, feedback system and evaluation system. The results show that effective gamification teaching requires teachers to have professional design ability and implementation skills, and should be differentiated according to students' age characteristics and subject characteristics.
