摘 要
本文在德育视角下,深入探讨了小学生班级角色转化的策略。通过概述小学生班级角色的定义、功能、认知特点及其对道德发展的影响,奠定了研究的理论基础。文章对当前小学生班级角色的现状进行了全面分析,包括角色类型与分布、角色认知与行为表现以及角色互动与班级氛围等方面。本文重点从德育视角出发,剖析了班级角色转化过程中存在的问题,如德育理念融入不足、角色转换机制障碍、评价体系局限以及师资与资源支持不足等。针对上述问题,本文提出了一系列切实可行的转化策略。强化德育理念融入,明确德育目标与班级角色转化的关联,完善角色转换机制,制定明确的转换标准与流程,优化评价体系,建立多元化、个性化的评价体系,加强师资与资源支持,提升教师德育素养与角色转化指导能力,并合理配置德育资源以满足转化需求。本文的研究不仅丰富了小学生班级角色转化的理论体系,也为教育实践提供了有价值的参考,有助于促进小学生的全面发展与道德成长。

The transformation strategy of elementary school students' class role from the perspective of moral education
Abstract
From the perspective of moral education, this paper discusses the strategy of transforming the role of elementary school students. By summarizing the definition, function and cognitive characteristics of elementary school students' class roles and their influence on moral development, the theoretical foundation of the study is laid. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current status of primary school students' class roles, including role types and distribution, role cognition and behavior, role interaction and class atmosphere. From the perspective of moral education, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of class role transformation, such as the lack of integration of moral education concept, the obstacles of role transformation mechanism, the limitations of evaluation system and the insufficient support of teachers and resources. To solve the above problems, this paper puts forward a series of practical transformation strategies. Strengthen the integration of moral education concepts, clarify the correlation between moral education goals and class role transformation, improve the role transformation mechanism, formulate clear conversion standards and processes, optimize the evaluation system, establish a diversified and personalized evaluation system, strengthen teacher and resource support, improve teachers' moral education literacy and role transformation guidance ability, and rationally allocate moral education resources to meet the transformation needs. The research of this paper not only enriches the theoretical system of class role transformation of primary school students, but also provides a valuable reference for educational practice, which is helpful to promote the all-round development
