宠物猫犬糖尿病的诊断与管理
摘 要
宠物猫犬作为人类家庭的重要成员，其健康问题日益受到关注。近年来，随着宠物饲养方式的改变和生活环境的变迁，宠物猫犬糖尿病的发病率逐年上升，已成为影响宠物健康的主要疾病之一。本研究针对宠物猫犬糖尿病的诊断与管理进行了系统探讨。首先分析了宠物猫犬糖尿病的研究背景及意义，并综述了当前的研究现状。接着，详细阐述了糖尿病在宠物猫犬中的发病机制、典型临床症状以及并发症的识别与评估方法。在诊断方法与技术方面，重点介绍了血糖监测技术、糖化血红蛋白检测以及尿液分析在糖尿病诊断中的应用。最后，本研究提出了宠物猫犬糖尿病的综合管理策略，包括胰岛素治疗的规范化管理、饮食管理与营养干预方案以及运动疗法在糖尿病管理中的作用。

DIAGNOSIS AND MANAGEMENT OF DIABETES IN PET CATS AND DOGS
ABSTRACT
As an important member of the human family, the health problem of the pet cat and dog is increasingly concerned. In recent years, with the change of pet keeping mode and the change of living environment, the incidence of pet cat and dog diabetes has been increasing year by year, and it has become one of the main diseases affecting the health of pets. In this study, the diagnosis and management of diabetes in pet cats and dogs were also systematically explored. Firstly, the research background and significance of diabetes in pet cats and dogs are analyzed, and the current research status is reviewed. Then, the pathogenesis, typical clinical symptoms and complication identification and evaluation methods of diabetes in pet cats and dogs are elaborated in detail. In terms of diagnostic methods and techniques, the blood glucose monitoring technology, glycated hemoglobin detection and the application of urine analysis in the diagnosis of diabetes are highlighted. Finally, this study proposes a comprehensive management strategy for diabetes in pet cats and dogs, including the standardized management of insulin therapy, dietary management and nutritional intervention programs, and the role of exercise therapy in diabetes management.
