马立克氏病的免疫预防与治疗进展研究
摘 要
马立克氏病是一种严重影响家禽健康的病毒性传染病,对全球家禽养殖业造成了巨大的经济损失。该病由马立克氏病病毒(MDV)引起,主要通过水平传播和垂直传播方式在鸡群中迅速扩散。本研究综述了马立克氏病的病原学特征、免疫机制、疫苗研发进展及治疗策略探索等方面的最新研究成果。首先,详细阐述了MDV的生物学特性和宿主免疫系统对病毒的反应机制,以及病毒逃逸免疫监视的分子基础。其次,评估了传统疫苗的免疫效果,并探讨了新型基因工程疫苗的开发策略及其免疫保护机制。此外,还分析了抗病毒药物和免疫调节剂在马立克氏病治疗中的应用效果,并优化了联合治疗方案。最后,提出了构建马立克氏病综合防控体系的实施路径,强调了生物安全措施在防控中的重要性,并展望了未来的研究方向与技术突破点。

IMMUNOLOGICAL PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF MAREK'S DISEASE
ABSTRACT
Marek's disease is a viral infectious disease that seriously affects poultry health and has caused significant economic losses to the poultry industry worldwide. The disease is caused by the Marrick's disease virus (MDV) and spreads rapidly in the flock, mainly through horizontal and vertical transmission. This study summarizes the latest research achievements on the etiology characteristics, immune mechanism, vaccine development progress and therapeutic strategy exploration of Marrick's disease. First, the biology of MDV and the mechanisms of the host immune system response to the virus and the molecular basis of viral escape from immune surveillance are elaborated. Secondly, the immune effects of conventional vaccines were evaluated, and the development strategies of novel genetically engineered vaccines and their immune protection mechanisms were explored. In addition, the effects of antiviral drugs and immunomodulators in the treatment of Marrick's disease were analyzed, and the combination treatment regimen was optimized. Finally, the implementation path of constructing the comprehensive prevention and control system of Marrick's disease is proposed, emphasizing the importance of biosafety measures in the prevention and control, and looking forward to the future research direction and technological breakthrough points.
