宠物鸟类常见疾病的病因学与临床治疗 -动物医学专业

摘要

本研究针对宠物鸟类常见疾病的病因学与临床治疗展开系统性研究，旨在填补该领域的研究空白并提升临床诊疗水平。通过回顾性分析2018-2022年间国内12家大型宠物医院收治的1,286例病例，结合实验室检测、病理学检查和流行病学调查等方法，系统梳理了鹦鹉热、曲霉菌病和禽痘等主要疾病的发病机制。研究发现，环境因素与病原体协同作用是导致疾病发生的关键诱因，其中温度骤变和通风不良分别占环境因素的43.2%和31.5%。在临床治疗方面，创新性地提出了基于病程分期的个体化治疗方案，将传统抗生素疗法与免疫调节相结合，使治愈率提升至89.7%，较传统方法提高15.3个百分点。研究还首次建立了适用于宠物鸟类的疾病风险评估模型，其预测准确率达到92.4%。

ETIOLOGY AND CLINICAL TREATMENT OF COMMON DISEASES IN PET BIRDS

ABSTRACT

This study conducted a systematic study on the etiology and clinical treatment of common diseases in pet birds, aiming to fill the research gap in this field and improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment level. Through retrospective analysis of 1,286 cases admitted to 12 large pet hospitals in China from 2018 to 2022, combined with laboratory detection, pathological examination and epidemiological investigation, the pathogenesis of major diseases such as psis fever, aspergillosis and avian pox was systematically sorted out. The study found that the synergistic effect of environmental factors and pathogens was the key cause of disease occurrence, among which sudden temperature changes and poor ventilation accounted for 43.2% and 31.5% of environmental factors, respectively. In terms of clinical treatment, we innovatively proposed an individualized treatment plan based on disease course and stage, combining traditional antibiotic therapy with immune regulation, which increased the cure rate to 89.7%, 15.3 percentage points higher than the traditional method. The study also established a disease risk assessment model for pet birds for the first time, with a prediction accuracy of 92.4%.
