猫泛白细胞减少症的诊断与治疗方法探讨 -动物医学专业

摘要

猫泛白细胞减少症是一种由猫细小病毒引起的高度传染性疾病，具有高发病率和死亡率，对全球猫科动物健康构成严重威胁。本研究旨在系统探讨FPL的诊断与治疗方法，以提升临床诊疗水平。通过回顾性分析2018年至2022年中国多个地区宠物医院的临床病例数据，结合实验室检测和影像学检查，评估了不同诊断方法的准确性和治疗方案的疗效。研究发现，实时荧光定量PCR技术在病毒检测中具有较高的敏感性和特异性，可作为早期诊断的首选方法；而血常规检查和血清学检测在疾病进展监测中发挥重要作用。在治疗方面，综合支持疗法包括补液、抗生素预防继发感染及免疫增强剂的使用显著提高了患猫的存活率。此外，研究首次提出基于中医理论的辅助治疗方案，通过中药调理改善患猫的免疫功能，结果显示该方案在缓解症状和缩短病程方面具有潜在优势。

DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF FELINE PANLEUKOPENIA

ABSTRACT

Feline panleukopenia is a highly infectious disease caused by feline parvovirus with high morbidity and mortality, posing a serious threat to feline health worldwide. The purpose of this study is to systematically explore the diagnosis and treatment methods of FPL in order to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Through retrospective analysis of clinical case data from pet hospitals in multiple regions of China from 2018 to 2022, combined with laboratory tests and imaging examinations, the accuracy of different diagnostic methods and the efficacy of treatment protocols were evaluated. The results showed that real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR had high sensitivity and specificity in virus detection, and could be used as the first choice for early diagnosis. Blood routine examination and serological detection play an important role in monitoring disease progression. In terms of treatment, a combination of supportive therapy including rehydration, antibiotics to prevent secondary infection, and the use of immune enhancers significantly improved the survival rate of infected cats. In addition, the study proposed for the first time an adjuvant treatment scheme based on TCM theory to improve the immune function of affected cats through TCM conditioning, and the results showed that this scheme has potential advantages in alleviating symptoms and shortening the course of disease.
