家禽沙门氏菌感染是全球食品安全和公共卫生的重要挑战,其不仅导致家禽生产损失,还通过食物链传播对人类健康构成威胁。本研究旨在系统探讨家禽沙门氏菌感染的控制策略及其免疫调节机制,以期为开发高效防控手段提供理论依据。研究采用多学科交叉方法,结合分子生物学、免疫学和流行病学技术,对沙门氏菌的致病机制、宿主免疫反应及现有防控措施进行深入分析。实验结果表明,沙门氏菌通过多种毒力因子逃避宿主免疫系统,而宿主则通过先天性和适应性免疫反应形成防御屏障。研究发现,益生菌和植物提取物可通过调节肠道微生物群和增强黏膜免疫显著降低沙门氏菌定植率。此外,基于CRISPR-Cas9技术的基因编辑策略在抑制沙门氏菌耐药性方面展现出潜在应用价值。

CONTROL STRATEGIES AND IMMUNOMODULATORY MECHANISMS OF SALMONELLA INFECTION IN POULTRY
ABSTRACT
Salmonella infection in poultry is a major global food safety and public health challenge, which not only causes loss of poultry production, but also poses a threat to human health through the food chain. The aim of this study was to systematically explore the control strategy and immunomodulatory mechanism of salmonella infection in poultry, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of effective prevention and control measures. In this study, a multidisciplinary approach combining molecular biology, immunology and epidemiology was adopted to analyze the pathogenic mechanism, host immune response and existing prevention and control measures of Salmonella. The results show that Salmonella evades the host immune system through multiple virulence factors, while the host forms a defensive barrier through innate and adaptive immune responses. Studies have shown that probiotics and plant extracts can significantly reduce the colonization rate of Salmonella by regulating gut microbiota and enhancing mucosal immunity. In addition, gene editing strategies based on CRISPR-Cas9 technology have shown potential applications in suppressing drug resistance in salmonella.
