宠物犬肥胖症的营养管理与干预措施研究

摘  要

随着城市化进程加快和生活方式转变,宠物犬肥胖症已成为全球性健康问题,中国城市地区宠物犬肥胖率已超过30%。本研究旨在探讨宠物犬肥胖症的营养管理策略及其干预效果,为临床实践提供科学依据。研究采用随机对照试验设计,选取120只确诊为肥胖症的宠物犬,随机分为对照组、低热量饮食组和综合干预组,每组40只。对照组维持常规饲养方式,低热量饮食组采用定制化低热量配方饲料,综合干预组在低热量饮食基础上增加运动指导和行为矫正。干预周期为12周,每周监测体重、体脂率和血液生化指标变化。结果显示,综合干预组体重平均下降15.2%,显著优于低热量饮食组的9.8%和对照组的2.3%;体脂率分别降低8.5%、5.2%和1.1%。血液生化分析表明,综合干预组甘油三酯和胆固醇水平显著改善,胰岛素敏感性提高。本研究的创新点在于首次系统性地将营养管理与行为干预相结合,并开发了适用于中国宠物犬的低热量营养配方。

STUDY ON NUTRITION MANAGEMENT AND INTERVENTION OF OBESITY IN PET DOGS

ABSTRACT

With the acceleration of urbanization and lifestyle changes, pet obesity has become a global health problem, and the obesity rate of pet dogs in urban areas in China has exceeded 30%. The aim of this study was to explore the nutritional management strategy and intervention effect of pet obesity, and to provide scientific basis for clinical practice. A randomized controlled trial design was used to select 120 pet dogs diagnosed with obesity and randomly divided into control group, low-calorie diet group and comprehensive intervention group, with 40 dogs in each group. The control group maintained the conventional feeding mode, the low-calorie diet group adopted the customized low-calorie formula feed, and the comprehensive intervention group added exercise guidance and behavior correction on the basis of the low-calorie diet. The intervention period was 12 weeks, and the changes of body weight, body fat percentage and blood biochemical indexes were monitored weekly. The results showed that the average weight loss of the intervention group was 15.2%, which was significantly better than that of the low-calorie diet group (9.8%) and the control group (2.3%). Body fat percentage decreased by 8.5%, 5.2% and 1.1%, respectively. Blood biochemical analysis showed that the levels of triglyceride and cholesterol and insulin sensitivity were significantly improved in the comprehensive intervention group. The innovation of this study is to systematically combine nutrition management with behavioral intervention for the first time, and to develop a low-calorie nutritional formula suitable for pet dogs in China.
