基于核心素养的体育教育专业人才培养模式创新研究

摘  要

教育改革强调核心素养,本文探讨基于此的体育教育人才培养模式。文章首先定义核心素养,分析体育教育人才培养目标演变及特殊性,为模式构建提供理论基础。接着,文章全面分析当前体育教育人才培养现状,包括生源、课程设置、实践教学和师资配置,揭示问题并为模式创新提供依据。构建部分提出理论框架,阐述构建原则和要素,并提出创新策略,如课程优化和教学方法创新。文章还探讨实践路径和评价指标体系,强调评价与反馈机制的重要性。研究结论是,该模式能提升学生素质,满足社会需求,但需要多方合作。最后,文章反思研究局限性,并展望未来研究方向。

Research on innovation of physical education professional talent training mode based on core accomplishment

Abstract:Education reform emphasizes the core quality, this paper discusses the physical education personnel training model based on this. The article first defines the core quality, analyzes the evolution and particularity of the physical education talent training ob jectives, and provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the model. Then, the article comprehensively analyzes the current situation of physical education talent training, including the source of students, curriculum, practical teaching and teacher allocation, reveals the problems and provides the basis for model innovation. The construction part puts forward the theoretical fr amework, expounds the construction principles and elements, and puts forward innovative strategies, such as curriculum optimization and teaching method innovation. The paper also discusses the practice path and evaluation index system, and emphasizes the importance of evaluation and feedback mechanism. The conclusion of the study is that this model can improve the quality of students and meet the needs of society, but it needs multi-party cooperation. Finally, the paper reflects on the limitations of the research and looks forward to the future research direction.
