摘要
随着全球工业化的快速发展,化工分离作为化学工业的核心环节,对于提高产品质量、降低能耗和减少环境污染具有重要意义。然而,传统的化工分离方法如蒸馏、萃取等存在能耗高、操作复杂、环境污染严重等问题。膜分离技术作为一种新型的分离技术,以其高效、节能、环保等优势,逐渐在化工分离领域展现出巨大的应用潜力。因此,本研究针对化工分离过程中的膜分离技术进行了深入探讨。通过综述国内外研究现状,分析了膜分离技术的理论基础、膜材料的物理与化学特性及其在化工分离过程中的应用挑战。针对膜材料选择与适应性、膜污染与清洗、能耗与效率平衡以及极端环境下的稳定性等关键问题,提出了相应的对策和建议。本研究旨在为化工分离过程提供一种高效、节能、环保的分离技术,为化学工业的可持续发展提供理论支持和技术指导。

Abstract
With the rapid development of global industrialization, chemical industry separation, as the core link of the chemical industry, is of great significance for improving product quality, reducing energy consumption and reducing environmental pollution. However, traditional chemical separation methods such as distillation and extraction have problems such as high energy consumption, complex operation and serious environmental pollution. Membrane separation technology, as a new type of separation technology, gradually shows great application potential in the chemical separation field with its advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. Therefore, this study deeply discusses the membrane separation technology during the chemical separation process. By summarizing the current research situation at home and abroad, the theoretical basis of membrane separation technology, the physical and chemical characteristics of membrane materials and their application challenges in the chemical separation process are analyzed. In view of the key problems such as the selection and adaptability of membrane materials, membrane pollution and cleaning, energy consumption and efficiency balance, and the stability in extreme environment, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The purpose of this study is to provide an efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly separation technology for the chemical separation process, and to provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the sustainable development of the chemical industry.
