Abstract
This study focuses on the relationship and practice of enterprise process reengineering and efficiency improvement. Through the in-depth analysis of the definition, characteristics, principles and methods of enterprise process reengineering, it reveals the key role of enterprise process reengineering in the optimization of the operation of enterprises. At the same time, the importance and concept of enterprise efficiency improvement are elaborated in detail, pointing out that efficiency improvement is the key to sustainable competitiveness and long-term development of enterprises. On this basis, this paper further discusses the internal connection between enterprise process reengineering and efficiency improvement, including how process reengineering improves workflow transparency, optimize resource allocation, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote the reshaping of employee roles and responsibilities. At the practical level, this study proposes specific strategies such as clear reengineering ob jectives, staff training and participation, phased introduction of new processes, and the establishment of continuous improvement mechanism.
