摘 要
在全球经济不确定性加剧和市场竞争日益激烈的背景下，企业战略转型已成为实现可持续发展的关键路径。然而，转型过程中面临的风险复杂多变，如何有效识别并制定应对策略成为企业管理中的核心议题。本研究以企业战略转型为切入点，旨在系统探讨转型过程中的风险特征及其应对机制。通过构建理论框架，并结合案例分析与问卷调查的混合研究方法，本研究对不同行业企业的转型实践进行了深入剖析。研究结果表明，企业战略转型风险主要涵盖市场环境、技术变革、组织文化和资源能力四大维度，且各维度之间存在显著交互作用。基于此，本文提出了多层次的风险应对策略体系，包括强化外部环境监测、优化资源配置、推动文化融合以及构建动态调整机制等具体措施。

Abstract
In the background of increasing global economic uncertainty and increasingly fierce market competition, the strategic transformation of enterprises has become the key path to achieve sustainable development. However, the risks faced in the transformation process are complex and changeable, and how to effectively identify and formulate coping strategies has become the core issue in enterprise management. This study takes the enterprise strategic transformation as the entry point, aiming to systematically explore the risk characteristics and their coping mechanism in the transformation process. By constructing a theoretical fr amework and combining the mixed research method of case analysis and questionnaire survey, this study makes a thorough analysis of the transformation practice of enterprises in different industries. The results show that the risk of enterprise strategic transformation mainly covers four dimensions: market environment, technological change, organizational culture and resource ability, and there is significant interaction between each dimensions. Based on this, this paper puts forward a multi-level risk response strategy system, including specific measures such as strengthening external environment monitoring, optimizing resource allocation, promoting cultural integration and constructing dynamic adjustment mechanism.
