摘 要
在全球经济一体化和市场竞争日益激烈的背景下,企业面临着降低运营成本、提高响应速度和服务水平的多重挑战,库存管理作为供应链运作中的关键环节,直接影响企业的经济效益与竞争力。本研究基于供应链协同视角,探讨企业库存优化管理策略,旨在通过整合上下游资源、提升信息共享水平和优化决策机制,实现库存成本的有效控制与服务水平的同步提升。研究采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法,首先构建了供应链协同下的库存优化模型,将需求预测、库存分配及风险分担等核心要素纳入统一框架;其次,通过案例分析与问卷调查收集数据,运用统计分析和仿真模拟验证模型的可行性和有效性。研究表明,供应链协同能够显著改善库存管理绩效,具体表现为库存周转率提升15%-20%,安全库存水平下降约10%,同时供应链整体响应能力增强。

Abstract
Under the background of global economic integration and increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises are faced with multiple challenges of reducing operating costs, improving response speed and service level. Inventory management, as a key link in the operation of supply chain, directly affects the economic benefits and competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the perspective of supply chain collaboration, this study discusses the management strategy of enterprise inventory optimization, aiming to realize the effective control of inventory cost and the synchronous improvement of service level by integrating upstream and downstream resources, improving the level of information sharing and optimizing the decision-making mechanism. The research adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research, firstly constructs the inventory optimization model under the coordination of supply chain, incorporating the core elements such as demand prediction, inventory allocation and risk sharing into the unified fr amework; secondly, data are collected through case analysis and questionnaire survey, and statistical analysis and simulation are used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model. Research shows that supply chain collaboration can significantly improve the performance of inventory management, including the inventory turnover rate by 15% -20%, the level of safety inventory by about 10%, and the overall responsiveness of the supply chain.
