我国国际服务贸易国际竞争力提升对策研究

摘 要:本文旨在探讨我国国际服务贸易竞争力的提升对策。首先,通过对当前我国国际服务贸易的现状进行深入分析,揭示了服务贸易总量、结构以及竞争力评估的现状。研究发现,尽管我国服务贸易规模逐年扩大,但在国际市场上的竞争力仍相对较弱,主要问题在于服务业发展水平滞后、服务贸易竞争力弱、人才短缺和结构性矛盾,以及服务贸易自由化水平低等方面。针对这些问题,本文提出了一系列提升我国国际服务贸易竞争力的策略建议。首先,要提升服务业发展水平,加大服务业创新投入,优化服务业内部结构,推动服务业向高附加值、高技术含量领域发展。其次,要增强服务贸易竞争力,培育具有自主知识产权的服务贸易品牌,拓展服务贸易领域,提高服务贸易的质量和效益。同时,要加强人才培养和引进,通过加强服务业人才培养和引进高端人才,提升服务贸易人才的专业水平和国际视野。最后,要推动服务贸易自由化便利化,降低市场准入门槛,完善服务贸易政策,为我国服务贸易的发展创造更加有利的环境。本文的研究对于提升我国国际服务贸易竞争力具有重要的指导意义,可以为政府和企业制定相关政策和战略提供参考。

Research on the countermeasures to enhance the international competitiveness of China's international service trade

Abstract:This paper aims to explore the countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of China's international service trade. Firstly, through the in-depth analysis of the current status of China's international service trade, it reveals the current status of the total volume, structure and competitiveness assessment of service trade. It is found that although the scale of China's service trade is expanding year by year, its competitiveness in the international market is still relatively weak. The main problems lie in the lagging development level of the service industry, the weak competitiveness of service trade, the shortage of talents and structural contradictions, and the low level of service trade liberalization. In response to these problems, this paper puts forward a series of strategic suggestions to improve the competitiveness of China's international service trade. First, it is necessary to upgrade the development level of the service industry, increase investment in innovation in the service industry, optimize the internal structure of the service industry, and promote the development of the service industry into the field of high value-added and high-tech content. Secondly, it is necessary to enhance the competitiveness of service trade, cultivate service trade brands with independent intellectual property rights, expand service trade fields, and improve the quality and efficiency of service trade. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the training and introduction of talents, through strengthening the training of service industry talents and the introduction of high-end talents, to enhance the professional level and international vision of service trade talents. Finally, it is necessary to promote the liberalization and facilitation of trade in services, lower the market access threshold, improve the service trade policy, and create a more favorable environment for the development of China's service trade. The research of this paper has important guiding significance for improving the competitiveness of China's international trade in services, and can provide reference for the government and enterprises to formulate relevant policies and strategies.
