鸡法氏囊病是由传染性法氏囊病病毒引起的一种急性、高度接触性传染病,严重威胁全球养禽业的发展。本研究旨在深入分析IBDV的病毒特性,并探索有效的防治措施,以期为该病的防控提供科学依据。通过分子生物学技术对IBDV的基因组结构进行解析,发现其VP2蛋白在病毒毒力和抗原性中起关键作用,且存在显著的基因变异现象。利用流行病学调查方法对中国多个地区的IBD疫情进行监测,结果显示近年来超强毒株的流行率显著上升,成为主要致病类型。在防治措施方面,本研究创新性地开发了一种基于纳米颗粒的新型疫苗载体系统,实验表明该疫苗能够显著提高免疫效果,降低病毒载量。同时,结合中药复方制剂与常规疫苗的联合使用策略,进一步增强了机体的免疫应答能力。研究还提出了一套综合防控方案,包括严格的生物安全措施、科学的免疫程序以及环境消毒等,在实际应用中取得了显著成效。

STUDY ON THE VIRAL CHARACTERISTICS AND CONTROL MEASURES OF FRENCH BURSA DISEASE IN CHICKEN

ABSTRACT
Chicken sa disease is an acute and highly contact infectious disease caused by infectious burdisease virus that seriously threatens the development of the global poultry industry. The purpose of this study is to deeply analyze the viral characteristics of IBDV and explore effective prevention and control measures to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of this disease. Analysis of the genome structure of IBDV by molecular biology techniques revealed that its VP2 protein plays a key role in viral virulence and antigenicity, with significant genetic variation. By monitoring IBD surveillance in several regions of China, the prevalence of hypervirulent strains has increased significantly in recent years, becoming the main pathogenic type. In terms of prevention and treatment measures, this study innovatively developed a new vaccine carrier system based on nanoparticles, and the experiment showed that the vaccine can significantly improve the immune effect and reduce the viral load. At the same time, the combination strategy of Chinese medicine and conventional vaccine further enhanced the body's immune response ability. The study has also put forward a set of comprehensive prevention and control programs, including strict biosafety measures, scientific immunization procedures and environmental disinfection, which has achieved remarkable results in practical application.
